• Ratings forming part of an engineering watch(Engine) (CDC for reg.III/4)
• PROCESSING TIME – CDC/Seaman Book will be issue around 15 days and this will be valid for 5 years.

COC Renewal Deck & Engine Officers

Requirements For The COC Renewal Deck & Engine Officers (Management Level/Operational Level)

• Fast Rescue Boats
• Advance training in fire fighting
• Medical first
• PSCRB
• ROC-ARPA. Operational Level(Only for Deck officer)
• ECDIS (Only for Deck officer)
• Radar, Arpa, Bridge teamwork and Search and Rescue. Management Level(Only for Deck officer)
• Ship Simulator and bridge Teamwork (Only for Deck officer Management level)
• General Operators Certificate for global maritime distress and safety system(GMDSS) (Only Deck officer)
• Bridge Resources Management (Only for Deck officer)
• Marine Environmental Awareness
• Leadership and Teamwork
• Engine Room Resources Management (Only for Engine officer)
• Engine Room Simulator (Only for Engine officer Management level)
• PROCESSING TIME – COC and Seaman Book will be issue around 15 days and this will be valid for 5 years.

• General Operators Certificate for global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS)

• Ship Security Officer / STSDSD
• PROCESSING TIME – GMDSS-GOC will be issue around 15 days and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirements for The Issuance of COE (Certificate of Endorsement)
